Rotarian Jeff Joines (right) was recognized by Rotary International for his support of the Rotary Foundation. Caldwell County Rotary Club Secretary Charles Beck (left) presented Joines with a lapel pin for being a Multiple Paul Harris Fellow. It is the highest honor in Rotary, named after the founder of the international service organization.
